🎡 Spin and Choose

Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

By using Spin and Choose you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the service is

Spin and Choose is a free tool that picks an option from a list at random, for entertainment and everyday convenience. It is provided by Shreyshi Upadhyay.

What it must not be used for

  • Lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, prize or cash draws, gambling or betting.
  • Any selection that a law, regulator, competition rule or contract requires to be certified, audited, witnessed or verifiable.
  • Decisions affecting someone's safety, health, employment, education or legal rights.

The tool uses your browser's random number generator. It is not certified or independently audited.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to put unlawful, abusive or hateful text on a wheel that you show to others, to attempt to disrupt or overload the site, or to copy the site's pages wholesale and republish them as your own.

Your content

What you type into a wheel stays in your browser (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for it and for how you use the results.

Suggestions and third-party names

Ready-made wheels contain example suggestions for food, shows and travel. They are general ideas, not advice or endorsements, and availability, prices and conditions vary. Brand and product names such as Netflix belong to their respective owners, and Spin and Choose is not affiliated with them.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that a result will be suitable for your purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using the service or relying on a result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
